Delete your Frosty account

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open the Frosty app (or sign in at app.heyfrosty.ai).
2. On a phone, tap Me, then Settings. On a computer, open Settings.
3. Tap Profile.
4. In Danger zone at the bottom of the page, tap Delete account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, use Download my data on the same Profile page before you delete.

Delete it by email

If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email support@heyfrosty.ai from the address on your Frosty account with the subject line "Delete my Frosty account". We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. After a verifiable request we reply within the time the law requires (typically within 45 days).

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile.
• Your profile and settings, your phones and notification choices, and what Frosty learned about you.
• Everything in a personal space that only you use: its chats, automations, skills, memories, docs, files and tables, with their previews and recordings.
• Your connected apps: we revoke the access you gave Frosty to each connected app before your account is removed.
• Your run history: prompts and results are removed. Only the cost and timestamp of a run stay, with no name or content attached.

If a step cannot finish, Frosty stops and tells you, and your account stays active so you can try again.

What is kept, and for how long

• In a team workspace, your work stays with the workspace. Items you shared stay shared, owned by the workspace, with your name removed. Items you kept to yourself are kept and shown to no one until an administrator hands them to a teammate or deletes them. Chats you kept to yourself are kept and shown to no one; only the workspace owner can download them, and every download is logged. • Usage and cost records stay without your identity, because a workspace's used credits are the sum of those records. They hold no message content.
• Money records tied to the Creator and partner program (earned commissions, your payout account at Stripe, and your referral attribution) are kept so that cash you have earned can still be paid out. Email support@heyfrosty.ai if you want these removed too.
• A paid plan belongs to the workspace, not to you, so deleting your account does not cancel it. If you are the workspace's last admin, cancel the plan in Billing on the website first, or email support@heyfrosty.ai and we will cancel it for you.
• Backups: copies in our private backups are purged as they age out on their normal rotation.

Customer data is deleted from our active production systems, typically within about 30 days of an account closure or a verified deletion request. The full retention schedule is in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
