A new Frosty website, with a library of what it can do
The Frosty site has new pages for features, a searchable directory of connectable apps, and solutions for different teams. The what-it-can-do library shows real examples of work you can hand to Frosty.
Find anything with one search
One search now covers your skills, memory, docs, files and tables, plus Spaces, automation history and past chats. Open Find and type what you remember.
Choose where agent results go
On the automation form you can pick where results land, including a direct message to each person, and run an automation several times a day. Every run also shows on the calendar.
Frosty finds the right skill for the job
Frosty can see your whole skill library and picks the skill that fits what you ask. When a teammate shares a skill with you, you choose Accept or Not now.

Skills: teach Frosty how you do things once
Save a how-to as a skill, keep earlier versions, restore one, and share it with Just me, Specific people or Everyone on the team. You can upload a skill as a folder or zip, download one, and start from a catalog of ready-made skills.
Folders for chats, tables, Spaces, skills and files
Sort your work into folders, move items with Move to, drag to reorder, and restore anything from Recently deleted. A new Files page keeps what you upload and what Frosty makes in one place.
Docs written by Frosty, ready to export
Frosty writes docs you can open, edit and share, with version history and one-click restore. Download any doc as Markdown, Word or PDF.

Connect more than 3,000 apps
Frosty can now connect to over 3,000 apps and read from and write to them, with approval before anything risky. For any connected app it can also make a direct call to its API when there is no ready-made action.

Group chats with Frosty and your teammates
Share a chat so teammates can join in, and Frosty tells who said what and remembers the room. Choose Just me, Specific people or Everyone on the team, and Read only or Read and write.
See your automations on a calendar
A new Calendar view shows when each automation will run, by month or week. Filter by owner or status, and pause or run an automation now from its card.
Spaces: dashboards and pages at a private link
Ask Frosty for a dashboard, tracker or scorecard and it builds a page with metrics, tables, bar charts and checklists. Spaces are invite-only, so only the people you pick can open one.

Pull public posts and search ads
Give Frosty a public Instagram, TikTok or YouTube link and it reads the caption and stats, and the transcript of short videos. It can also pull a creator's recent posts and search the Meta ad library.

Start an automation when a table row changes
Set an automation to run when a row in one of your tables changes, such as a status flipping to Approved. Frosty does the next step right away.

Start an automation from a webhook link

Your connected apps are private by default
Every app you connect (Gmail, your CRM, and the rest) is now private to you: only you can have Frosty act through it. Want a teammate to use it too? Flip it to "Team" with the new access control on the Connections page. Nothing is shared until you choose to share it.

A guided setup walkthrough
New here? A short getting-started walkthrough now helps you tell Frosty about your company (so it has real context instead of guessing), connect your first tools, and start in Slack. Find it from the "Walk me through setup" button on your dashboard.
See how your team uses Frosty
Workspace admins get a new Team usage view (linked from the Usage page): conversations, scheduled automations, and credits used per person, plus your most expensive automations. A clear picture of where your shared credits go.
Frosty joins the conversation in Slack threads
In a Slack thread where you've already brought Frosty in, it now follows along: reply naturally and it answers when you're talking to it, stays quiet when you're talking to a teammate, and even picks up when you answer a question it asked. No need to @mention it on every message.
Setup help that takes you to the exact spot
When Frosty points you somewhere (connect a specific app, add credits, finish connecting Slack), the link now lands you right on the thing you need instead of a general page. Fewer clicks, no hunting.

The Support page now has two doors: email us, or book a call at a time that works for you. However you reach out, we aim to reply within one business day.

Connect Slack in one click
Adding Frosty to your Slack is now a single step: click "Add to Slack," approve it, and your workspace is connected and ready. No extra setup, no separate connect screen. Your whole team can work with Frosty in Slack right away, drawing on your shared credits.
Run any automation on demand
Don't want to wait for a scheduled report? Just ask Frosty to run an automation now ("run my daily summary"), in chat or Slack, and it runs it on the spot and shows you the result.
Frosty helps you get set up
Frosty now points you to exactly the right page when you ask how to do something (connect an app, manage billing, set up Slack), and when you ask for something it can't do yet, it flags it to our team so the product keeps improving around what you actually need.

A heads-up before your credits run out
Frosty now warns you when your workspace is running low on credits, with a clear way to top up, so your work never stops by surprise. Credits stay shared across your whole workspace.

Spaces: Frosty builds you a page at its own link, and keeps editing it
Ask Frosty to build a dashboard, portal, tracker, or scorecard, and it creates a page on its own link with a clean light/dark design. It's never frozen: just tell Frosty to add a section, change the numbers, or rename it, and it updates live. Each Space is invite-only by default, so your data stays private (you approve who gets in).
Dashboards that look like real products
Spaces can now include bar charts, progress bars, metric cards, tables, and highlighted callouts, and Frosty can start from ready-made layouts (client portal, sales scorecard, project status, marketing KPIs, ops) for an impressive first build.
Your chat history is saved
Conversations now persist, just like any chat app you already use. Leave the page and come back and your chat is still there, with a list of past conversations you can reopen any time. The composer also got a fresh, floating look.
Flag a reply to make Frosty better
If a reply misses the mark, flag it (a button in chat, or react with the red flag in Slack). It's logged for the team instantly, and Frosty asks what went wrong so your notes go straight to the people improving it.
Frosty has a built-in to-do tracker
Ask Frosty to create or track a to-do, in chat or Slack. (Since retired: to-do tracking now lives in your connected tools like ClickUp, which Frosty works with directly, and scheduled work lives on the Automations page.)

Control who can talk to Frosty in Slack
Admins can set an approved list of who may use Frosty, and mark client-facing channels where Frosty stays quiet so your clients never see it working.
Smarter account linking
When you talk to Frosty in Slack, it now matches your Slack email to your Frosty account automatically, so it uses the apps you've connected, no manual linking step.
Frosty is an AI coworker, not a person. It can make mistakes, so review its work before relying on it.
